I work on helping each client find cohesion, direction, and clarity in themselves and with others.

I am versed in several approaches and modalities, among them: Structural Family Therapy (Minuchin 2006-2008), Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy (TIMH 2009-2012), and Internal Family Systems (levels 1 and 2, IFIO 2019 - ongoing).

I have extensive experience with trauma, depression, anxiety, gender, sexuality, shame. I am devoted to making the therapy process feel welcoming and productive, while honoring each person’s authenticity.

I have worked with couples, families, siblings, parents for almost twenty years, as well as those feeling marginalized by those structures. Couples and family work seeks to break repetitive loops and find constructive ways of relating and understanding each other.

Our work together should feel productive, interactive, and rewarding.
